Services


Booking a regular training session with our Personal Trainers will ensure you get the right exercise and get the most out of your personal training. 

You can train both outside or inside Team Protocol and Jetts Haymarket. 

We don’t want to just offer a simple one-time training session, we want to educate you so you know the correct way to train to achieve your goals. We will create a specific training program, designed just for you, according to your fitness goals and needs.

PERSONAL TRAINING 
MONDAY TO FRIDAY 6:30AM - 8:00PM
SATURDAY 6:30AM - 11AM  

We want to give you targets to achieve your fitness goal. Your goal could simply be wanting to run or walk correctly, or even just the correct standing posture. You may want to improve your cardiovascular fitness, get a better body shape or increase performance in a specific sport. 

You’re going to be training like an elite athlete. We believe that working out for just for strength and endurance is not enough. We want you to have great coordination skills, agility, increased stability, flexibility and joint mobility for a healthy lifestyle. Whatever your goal is we will get you there.

Our aim is to educate you about how important it is to keep your fitness at high level. There are no age limits. Everyone, no matter how old, can achieve their goals.

Everything is possible, you just have to work hard to get it. And we will be there to support you every step of the way.

INDOOR GROUP TRAINING SESSION 
EVERY MONDAY 12:15PM - 12:45PM - $10 per session
EVERY THURSDAY 6:00PM - 6:30PM - $10 per session

The main focus on our group session is having fun! Let’s push each other. Beginners or advanced you’re all welcome.
